A new version 1.2 of Solar Charger application is now available for Symbian^3 and Symbian S60 5th edition based touch screen mobile phones. Solar Charger is an application to impress your friends by showing them a new kind of phone which charges with the power of Sun.

Expose your phone to sunlight and there you go. A virtual ampere-meter to show how much current you got. But don't get too excited because it's just a prank and not real application so your phone would not be charge a bit. The application is for fun and requires INTERNET connection on your mobile to run.

Solar Charger application is provided by G Soft Team and it works with Nokia 5800 XpressMusic, N97, N97 Mini, X6, 5228, 5230, 5233, 5235, 5530 XpressMusic, N8, E7, C6 and C7. The version 1.2 of Solar Charger application is available to download.
